Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll explore what’s shaping your inner world, your past experiences, present challenges, and the hopes you carry, while gently building greater self-understanding, compassion, and ease.
$175 per session -
Relationship and couples therapy creates space to better understand the patterns, needs, and emotions that live between you. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, or exploring new ways of relating, this work supports more honest communication and meaningful connection.
$225 per session -
Village therapy invites all voices into the room. I work with intergenerational relationships between Black women to understand family dynamics, repair ruptures, and strengthen connection, while honoring each person’s experience. This service is ideal for sisters, friends, mother/daughter, other non-romantic relationships for Black femmes. This space explores the broader systems shaping your collective story.
$300 per session -
Group therapy offers healing through shared experience and community. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect, connect, and grow alongside other; discovering that you don’t have to navigate your challenges alone.
